I recently called T-Mobile to get my MDA exchanged and I was offered a free upgrade. I got a Dash which is the newest smartphone T-Mobile offers. It’s slim so I can keep it in my pocket all the time unlike the MDA which was a brick. I miss the touch screen and the Pocket PC version of Windows Mobile, smarthphone edition doesn’t feel that smart. It actually feels like its designed for idiots. Oh well.

I found a cool application called SiriusWM5 that lets you stream Sirius satellite radio via the phone. This works suprisingly better than the Pocket PC variant of this app, SiriuCE. Maybe this smartphone edition really is smart after all. =/ You can download the .cab setup file below. Just copy it to your phone and run it. This works really well everywhere for me, I can stream the radio indoors now without any fancy hardware. Howard Stern at the gym! Woohoo…

SiriusWM5 for Windows Mobile

Does anyone know how to make an incoming call drop the data connection? Registry settings perhaps?
